Unknowingly, we grow up in a society and culture that installs unhealthy ideas about our appearance. We are dissatisfied with our body image, compare ourselves to unrealistic expectations of models, and experience external pressure to fix our body parts; unconsciously causing immense negative psychological impacts. Our bodies are different and unique in our own ways with thousands of magic happening all the time. Let’s start discovering and appreciating the beauties of our bodies, so we can learn to be kinder to ourselves.

Artist Chubbynida (Chanida Areewatanasombat), along with counselling psychologist and accredited psychotherapist Onraya Himakorn (Ph.D. ABD) from Mission On, together explore the concept of body appreciation in detail; explaining how we can embrace our body, helping us realise just how amazing our body is so we can fully take care of it, and a free 7-day online body appreciation program for anyone who wishes to become confident in their own body.

พวกเราไม่รู้ตัวเลยว่าเราเติบโตมาในสังคมที่สอนให้มีมุมมองต่อร่างกายของตัวเองอย่างไม่เฮลตี้ เราไม่ค่อยพอใจกับรูปร่างหน้าตา เรามีความคาดหวังที่ไม่สมจริงเพราะเราคอยเปรียบเทียบกับโมเดล เรารู้สึกถูกกดดันจากภายนอกให้ซ่อมส่วนต่างๆ ของร่างกาย ทั้งหมดนี้ทำให้เกิดผลกระทบทางด้านลบต่อจิตใจอย่างมหัน ร่างกายของเราทุกคน unique และแตกต่างกันในแบบของเราเอง ร่างกายเรามีสิ่งน่ามหัศจรรย์เป็นล้านๆ อย่างเกิดขึ้นตลอดเวลา พวกเรามาเริ่มค้นพบและเห็นคุณค่าของร่างกายเถอะ เพื่อที่เราจะได้ใจดีต่อตัวเองและดูแลร่างกายของเราอย่างเต็มที่ในแบบของตัวเอง

ในนิทรรศการนี้ ศิลปิน Chubbynida (ชนิดา อารีวัฒนสมบัติ) ร่วมกับ นักจิตวิทยาการปรึกษาและนักจิตบำบัด อรญา หิมกร (Ph.D. ABD) จาก Mission On มาพูดเกี่ยวกับ Body Appreciation อย่างละเอียด ว่าเราจะอ้าแขนกอดรับร่างกายของเราได้อย่างไร มาช่วยเราค้นพบความงดงามและสุดยอดของร่างกายเรา เพื่อที่เราจะสามารถดูแลร่างกายของเราได้อย่างเต็มที่ และก็ยังมีคอร์สออนไลน์ฟรี 7 วัน สำหรับทุกคนที่อยากมั่นใจในร่างกายของตัวเอง
