“Timeless Truth” dinner - 3-course conceptual dining experience inspired by the ancient Taoist wisdom that is even more relevant today. Executive Chef Maxim Baile has prepared a stunning meal for both the mind and eyes, with a drink pairing that explores the nature of life.
The first course, Perfection of Nature, brings together Enoki mushrooms with warm sake-egg yolk sauce & Uni to represent the harmony of nature and how everything has its own natural state that should not to be resisted.
The next course, Duality, promises to be a surprise that showcases dualities of life and perception on opposites. A dome of crispy tuile sprayed to represent Yin & Yang once removed reveals Eggs Cocotte with foie gras and truffle and Angel Hair Pasta with Sauce Diable.
The final course, Beginning, presents Pavlova Black Berry representing one’s way to understanding humanity, earth, and heaven. This finale art piece also serves as a call-to-action and a toast for the guests to begin living up to their true self, starting from their very own ‘Wisdom of Self’.
